Welcome to FinmaxBase, located at 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
FinmaxBase provides bookkeeping and recordkeeping services designed to maximize value through accurate tracking of your records. These terms outline the obligations and rights regarding the following offerings:
- Professional Services
- Digital Products
- Physical Products
2. Professional Services
Services include data entry, report generation, reconciliation, and advisory support related to bookkeeping tasks. All service engagements are managed according to the schedule and scope defined in each client agreement.
Service Fees: Fees are specified in the service agreement. A detailed outline of fees will be provided prior to project initiation.
3. Digital Products
Digital Products include downloadable templates, guides, and software add-ons designed to enhance recordkeeping processes. Access is granted upon full payment.
4. Physical Products
Physical Products include printed workbooks, tools, and office supplies. Availability and shipping options are subject to inventory.
5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
We offer differentiated policies for each offering category to ensure clarity and fairness.
5.1 Professional Services
- Requests submitted within 30 days of service commencement are eligible for pro-rata reimbursement of unused hours.
- Unused hours may be transferred to future engagements within a 90-day window, subject to agreement.
- Services delivered in full (including final report delivery) are not eligible for reimbursement.
5.2 Digital Products
- Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.
- No reimbursement is available once the product has been downloaded or access credentials have been issued.
5.3 Physical Products
- Items may be shipped back in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full reimbursement, excluding shipping charges.
- To initiate a send-back request, contact our support team via Contact Us. Reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the shipped item.
6. Service Modifications
FinmaxBase reserves the right to update or modify services at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients with at least 15 days’ notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
FinmaxBase’s liability under these Terms is limited to reimbursement of fees paid for the specific service at issue. Under no circumstance shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service.
